H20: The importance of water Consumption.

Everyone makes sure to get in their daily protein amount and to hit the correct calorie intake but constantly overlook a very important aspect of fitness and that is water consumption. The human body is made up of roughly 60{f9199188ae91e118df639e9810e1ab0fd3dd2882a29f380d40dd86d33535e05a} water and most people do not realize the importance their daily water consumption plays in their well being. If you workout consistently you are losing tons of water through sweat and your body property-youcannot store or produce its own water so get drinking!

If you have issues with constantly going and refilling water or purchasing water constantly(also not eco-friendly) just grab a gallon water jug and refill that every night before you go to bed and put it in the fridge. That way its nice and cold in the morning and ready to go.

Almost every bodily function requires water to work and that includes pushing through them workouts. Water is essential to proper digestion of all those calories you take in. Water is what transports those carbs,proteins and fats. Not only does it help with absorption of said nutrients but also helps aid the body in removing waste.

Another prime reason is that our muscles are primarily made of water. To maintain or gain strength and size, you must have hydrated muscles that can function and repair themselves after multiple tears are made to them during workouts. If you are continuously dehydrated you will eventually lose strength which leads to decreased muscle size. Keeping Hydrated = more DAILY GAINZ!!

This amount is recommended for your average adult male or female, if you are working out daily like a savage and getting gainz, you need to get about a gallon a day to stay ahead of the water you are losing through sweat. So get your gallon, stay hydrated and keep getting those GAINZ!!
