Online nutrition and meal coaching can be done in multiple different styles, we can choose between a macro based style in which we would provide a list of approved foods and your daily macros. This style allows for more freedom in your day to day choices and a little wiggle room. On the other side of that, we can provide a detailed written meal plan, broken down by each meal of the day, that is based off your meal preferences and nutritional goals. This plan is little more strict.
Pricing is as follows:
Workout split only: 20$ one-time fee
Online nutrition/meal coaching (weekly check-ins and monitoring): Monthly 65$
Online nutrition/meal coaching (weekly check-ins and monitoring) & Workout split: 85$
With both of the meal plan packages, we will do weekly check-ins, at these check-ins we will discuss how everything is going and see what worked and did not for you. We will then provide revisions to the next week’s plan and change the food choices around so you do not get bored of eating the same foods over and over!
